To maintain the serene atmosphere of The Atelier, we kindly request that clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
- Late Arrivals: Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may be subject to rescheduling or a shortened service time to ensure subsequent guests are not impacted.
- Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Changes made within this window may incur a 50% service fee.
2. Service Consultations & Results
Every transformation begins with a professional consultation. While our artisans strive for perfection, results may vary based on hair history and condition.
- Patch Testing: Required 48 hours prior for all first-time chemical or color services.
- Disclosures: Clients must inform stylists of any allergies or medical conditions prior to treatment. Aarvella is not liable for reactions to undisclosed sensitivities.
3. The Atelier Environment
Aarvella is a sanctuary of luxury. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other guests.
- Personal Items: Please safeguard your belongings. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
- Children: For safety and tranquility, supervised children are welcome; however, we ask that the quiet nature of the space be respected.
4. Payments & Refunds
All prices are subject to change based on hair length, density, and complexity of work. Final quotes are provided during the consultation.
- Refunds: Services are non-refundable. If you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment.
